Are Bark Yeah treats natural? Yes. We focus on natural dog treats made with simple, high-quality ingredients and real proteins dogs genuinely love. Many of our treats are single ingredient or made with minimal ingredients and without unnecessary fillers.

Where are your treats made? All Bark Yeah treats are made in Australia using quality Australian ingredients wherever possible. All manufacturers are certified.

Do you use artificial preservatives? We don't use artificial preservatives, colours and unnecessary additives. We believe dog treats should be simple, functional and easy to understand.

Are your treats grain free? Many of our treats are grain free, including several of our natural chews and single ingredient treats. You can shop our Grain Free collection to see all suitable products.

What ingredients do you avoid? We avoid low-quality fillers, artificial colours, artificial preservatives and unnecessary ingredients that don’t add value for your dog.

Are your treats suitable for puppies? Many are, but it depends on your puppy’s age, size and chewing strength. Softer training treats and smaller chews are usually best for puppies. We recommend supervising all puppies while treating or chewing.

Which treats are best for sensitive stomachs? Our single ingredient and simpler protein treats are often the best place to start for dogs with sensitive stomachs. Kangaroo, fish and other lean protein treats are popular options.

Which treats are best for training? Smaller, high-value treats that are easy to break up work best for training. Beef liver and other protein-rich training treats are great for keeping dogs focused and motivated.

What are the longest lasting chews? Goat Horns are one of our longest lasting natural chews and are especially popular with strong chewers and dogs that get bored easily.

Are your treats safe for aggressive chewers? Many of our natural chews are designed with power chewers in mind, but no chew is completely indestructible. We always recommend supervising dogs while chewing and choosing products appropriate for your dog’s size and chewing style.

How fast is shipping? We dispatch orders quickly from Melbourne and all orders include tracking. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, but we work hard to get orders out fast.

What is the Express Post Promise? Orders over $99 receive free express shipping. Orders under $99 are upgraded to express delivery while you only pay standard shipping rates.

Do you ship Australia-wide? Yes, we ship Australia-wide.

How much is shipping? Shipping is $9.95 nation-wide and always sent express post

When are orders dispatched? Most orders are despatched the day of or after you order depending on timing of your order.  

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has been despatched you’ll receive tracking details via email.
