We want every delivery from Bark Yeah to make your bestie's tail wag. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to fix it as quickly as possible.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be Eligible

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it - unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@barkyeah.com.au with your order details
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package
  • Please don’t send items back without first contacting us - we can’t process returns that arrive without prior approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We take great care packing your treats, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please contact us immediately at info@barkyeah.com.au so we can make it right

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns for;

  • Any items opened from their original packaging
  • Used items
  • Orders past the 14-day return window

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Change of mind or incorrect purchase: Return postage is at the buyer’s expense, and original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Faulty or damaged products: We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and any replacement

Exchanges

  • Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the one you have (once accepted) and place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please note your bank or card provider may take a few business days to post the refund

1. Eligibility

  • This guarantee applies to all purchases made directly through barkyeah.com.au
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for the guarantee.
  • The guarantee is limited to first-time purchases of each dog treat product.

 

2. What’s Covered

We’ll offer a full refund if:

  • You’re not satisfied with the overall experience with Bark Yeah
  • Your order arrives damaged, spoiled or not as described
  • You simply feel Bark Yeah didn’t meet your expectations

 

3. What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee doesn’t apply if:

  • More than 50% of your order has been consumed or discarded
  • You changed your mind or ordered the wrong dog treats by mistake
  • The products weren’t handled as recommended
  • The issue was caused by incorrect address information or delivery delays beyond our control

 

4. How to Claim

To request a replacement or refund, please:

  • Email us at info@barkyeah.com.au within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and photos if applicable (e.g. damaged products)
  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide the best resolution

 

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
  • Alternatively, we can issue store credit if you prefer to reorder at a later date


6. Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the claim appears fraudulent or inconsistent with these terms.
