We understand the importance of not keeping your doggo waiting for their snacks. Our solution: Express Delivery, always. You’ll only pay standard rates, and when your order is over $99, Express Delivery is free!
Where We Deliver
- We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post’s reliable network
- We can deliver to most street addresses, PO Boxes, and parcel lockers
- If you live in a remote location, delivery may take a little longer (but we promise it’s worth the wait)
Processing Time
- Orders are handpicked, hand-packed, and dispatched within 1-2 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way
Delivery Timeframes
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days to metro areas via Australia Post
- Regional and remote deliveries may take a few extra days
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or unforeseen postal delays
Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate Shipping ranges from $9.70 to $23.30 Australia-wide
- Orders over $99 automatically receive Express Delivery at no cost
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email
- You can track your delivery via the Australia Post website
Packaging and Care
- Every order is packed with care to keep your treats fresh and safe in transit
- We use eco-friendly recyclable materials wherever possible because we care about the planet as much as our pups
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details first. If it appears lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@barkyeah.com.au and we’ll help sort it out.
